Italian golf has finally plucked up courage to show itself, to assess its worth and take the
opportunity to materialize its considerable potential.
"SENDY GOLF '96", a golf trade exibition, stars with the appropiate dose of humility for
anything novelty, yet has an ambitious objective: to become a recurring annual event attended
by anyone operating in the field of golf; to provide up-to-date informatio and new tecnical
solutions; to act as the marketing outlet for the game of golf by attracting user from all
over.
All the exibitours in the first edition deserve a hearth cheer from golf lovers everywhere. They
will not only be promoting their own producs and services, it will not merely be an opportunity
to do good business from a large number of visitors. They will be playng a leading role in
the exciting iniziative of spreading the word about a new golfing culture, no longer seen as
a sport for the elite but rather as a discipline open to anyone wishing to obtain a perfect
balance between body and mind, trying to compete first with himself and secondly with rivals.
A highly involved organizing Committee and an efficent segretary's office run by Staff Servece,
these premises are a sure sign all this is more than a mere wish, it is a definite certainty.
